Nous sommes au centre de Port Grimaud Accès très facile à l’hôtel Un accueil excellent par Laurent Une place de parking certes payante mais devant la porte Chambre Literie et propreté nickel Vue sur la marina très calme Que du bonheur
situé au milieu de la cité lacustre, l'hôtel a fière allure l'accueil est très cordial voire familiale tout est fait pour se sentir comme à la maison pour un hôtel français le niveau d'équipement des chambres est luxueux largement au dessus de la moyenne le petit déjeuner n'est pas à rater un endroit sympathique à l'image du personnel inoubliable et dans lequel je reviendrai sûrement
Petit déjeune très complet autant le buffet que le continental. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas compris avec le prix de la chambre. Juste petit point négatif au niveau de la chambre côté canal rez-de-chaussée, pas d'aération possible vers l'extérieur. Personnel aux petits soins, très professionnel. Je recommande sans problème cet établissement avec sa situation exceptionnelle.

This is not a 4 star hotel! It's a motel! Check-in in April 2024. First of all, I would like to thank the staff for their kindness. The entire hotel has an unpleasant sewer smell! We paid 300€ per night for a junior suite for 7 nights. We ran away after 4 nights and did not receive a refund of 900€. Buliding & furniture are old, worn, cheap, and uncomfortable to use. The bathroom is tiny. The shower boots are too small and there is no shower curtain, so water splashes everywhere. The bottom of the bathroom door is rotting. The coffee kettle leaks every time I pour it, which is annoying when making coffee every morning. Don't be fooled by pretty photos. I took photos of the ugly side of the hotel, but i could not upload in goole map review. Very strange!!

Port Grimaud is amazing. Le Souffren Hotel is in the heart of this fantastic lake city; the Venice of the Provence. Highly recommended

Von A-Z sehr hilfsbereite und sympathisch Angestellte. Sehr sauber, Top Parkplatz (3 Stück) vor dem Haus. Super Kanalsicht. Beim Morgenessen konnte zwischen Continental & Buffet ausgewählt werden.
The room was spacious, comfy and right on the water - on the ground floor. The staff were amazing and very welcoming.

Nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner dans cet hôtel charmant et sommes sortis ravis. Du choix (buffet + carte végé friendly) et une jolie vue depuis la salle de restaurant. Surtout : un excellent accueil, merci à Chérine d’avoir été si souriante et aux petits soins ! À très vite !
The hotel in Port Grimaud has an excellent location overlooking the water channels , the view of yachts and pretty cottages. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are very pretty and decorated to a high standard. The bathroom is stocked with high-quality toiletries.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Suffren. Ideally located in the center of grimaud port. Very cheerful and attentive reception staff (gift on arrival). Clean room with beautiful four poster bed. Small flat for the bathroom a little old and sometimes smells of pipe.

Accommodations and location
Staying here and taking the boat across to St. Tropez was much more economical. Plus you have shops, markets, beach and restaurants in walking distance. Boat tours are at your finger tips too.
Le personnel est très, très aimable, la vue de la chambre est magnifique, ils n'ont pas leur propre parking mais ils vous proposent une solution (parking à coté), la chambre est spacieuse et nous ils nous ont bien préparé un lit bébé comme nous avions demandé, dans la salle de bain vous trouvez tout ce qui est nécessaire. Il y a également un grand frigo dans la chambre et une superette Super U juste à coté de l'hôtel.
È’ un hotel fantastico , avevamo camera sul canale ben arredata e confortevole, bagno perfettamente corredato con tutto ciò che serve . Assolutamente consigliato. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo .

Our stay at the Suffren was exceptional: the staff was extremely nice & helpfu, the location perfect to enjoy Port Grimoud and visit St. Tropez. We were lucky and got an upgrade to a 2 room apartment, which made our stay even more comfortable, especially traveling with our 15 year old son.
